BrainMate Products & Services Inc offers a full hassel-free refund if you start the refund process within 30 days of receipt of the laptop with BrainMate software on it, and we receive the laptop undamaged. To start the return process, fill out the form on the “returns” web page. You’ll receive a notification from BrainMate letting you know if your refund request has been accepted or rejected. If you request a refund within 30 days after receiving your laptop, we will process it within 72 hours. We will pay for return freight by providing you with return shipping labels. If you do not have the original packaging, we will send you a box with packaging for the laptop.
